    New Hong Kong government funding for OpenCog robotics work

    The Hong Kong Innovation in Technology Fund (ITF) has funded a two year project, 2013-2014, aimed at usingOpenCog AGI technology to control Hanson Robokind humanoid robots.   The funding is via an industry-university-government collaboration scheme, in which the ITF contributes 90% of the funds, Novamente LLC contributes 10%, and Hanson Robokind contributes two Robokind humanoid robots.
